MERQORA support is handled by email. We can help with installation, Shopify authentication, Store Audit, AI previews, and verified product updates.

What to include

Include your Shopify store domain, the MERQORA page or workflow, what you expected, what happened, and any safe steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain confidential store information.

Keep credentials private

Never email passwords, OpenAI API keys, Shopify access tokens, database credentials, or customer personal data. MERQORA support will not ask for those secrets.
